The ‘evergreen’ album release strategy…

by promyour on September 10, 2017

Unless you have $500k… or at least $250k to spend on stuff… like marketing teams… press teams… radio pluggers… accounts departments etc. releasing an album that is not structured for an ‘evergreen release’ is a HUGE mistake… my humble opinion only 🙂

An evergreen strategy is one that focuses on picking up new email subscribers and turning them into fans, one at a time.

This would more commonly be used to promote an album that was already released and it would potentially extend the “album cycle” indefinitely.

Extending the album cycle indefinitely is a smart move.
