Trademarking Your Band Name in the US & Australia

WARNING: I am very DIY with contracts and although not a lawyer am happy to go up against them in contract and trademark issues (its not brain surgery)… so the info below is… if nothing else a good start on your path to knowledge… please consult a lawyer before making any decisions ūüôā
